This is a gorgeously filmed story about the loss of seed diversity and the seed-saving heroes who are fighting to preserve seed diversity and the connection to culture. One of those heroes is Hopi elder, Leigh Kuwanwisiwma, director of the Hopi Cultural Preservation Office from 1989-2018.

This film is part of the Seeding a Community Food System Film Series from Flagstaff College and sponsored by TerraBirds, Flagstaff Foodlink, Just Cultivation Coalition, Northern Arizona Rural Foods Pathways Project, Northern Arizona Climate Change Alliance, Friends of Flagstaff's Future , and the The City of Flagstaff's Office of Sustainability.
