Meet STEP volunteers at the Volunteer Sedona Expo 1-4 at the Hub, Posse Grounds Park, Sedona

Welcome to the Volunteer Expo – we’re thrilled to have you join us! In just a little over a week, we’ll be hosting this exciting inaugural event, and we can’t wait to showcase the incredible organizations that make our community shine.

Date: Wednesday, May 14, 2025

Location: The Hub at Posse Grounds Park (525-B Posse Grounds Road, Sedona, AZ)

Setup Time: Begins at 11:00 AM

Event Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Doors open at 11:00 am for setup and networking.

Lunch will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please consider bringing your lunch.

Tables and chairs are provided. Please bring your own table cover if you have one. Bring specific volunteer needs (flyers, interest forms, sign-up sheets, etc.)

Carpooling is recommended. You may drop off your materials at the door and then park your car. Public parking is available across the street from the HUB and around the Posse Grounds Park. Map of Posse Grounds Park
